What can I say about this lovely lady other then she has redefined how I perceive love. I remember the first time I met her, I was in a new coven, still learning about everyone, when I noticed this little wallflower that wasn't really participating much in the forums..and when she did..it was short little responses..I actually thought she didn't like me cause when I tried to play with her in the forums..she kinda gave me the cold shoulder..So I messaged her and asked if I had done anything to upset her..Little did I know that I had set in motion a series of events that would lead to one of the greatest loves of my life.

I am no stranger to love..I was married to the greatest woman on earth for 25 years before the good Lord called her home, So I'm use to all of love's little nuisances..She however is fairly new to these somewhat intense and often overwhelming feelings. She's thinks it's unfair..I think it's cute.

Nothing about our relationship has been easy. There where and are barriers that stand in our way, But we have come so far that we have faith that we can over come anything that stands between us.

We decided to take things slow..although there are times when we tend to speed ahead..and to be honest..she isn't crazy about the slow down plan..But I really want this to go the distance..she is everything I ever wanted or needed in a woman..warm, sweet, kind, understand, supportive, tolerate, sensual, and sexy beyond all belief. And I won't risk a crack up due to speeding in head long..I've seen to many good couple crash and burn for that very reason. So..true to her nature..she is VERY understanding and supportive of the plan..even thought she it drives her crazy at times.

We plan to meet up in February where we are going to my first Mardi Gras. I so looking forward to spending the weekend with her. For the first time in a long time..my heart is beating again. I love you Winter. Now and forever

*smiling widely as I read your words* I love you more than words can express. And yes, it is hard at times to deal with, I have faith in us and making what we have last forever and ever. I look forward to being with you when you visit. I'm sure it will be a visit full of many firsts.
